QuestionsBefore you switch
I used FileInvite as a small firm. Is Manilla the same kind of tool?
Yes. Your client gets one link with a checklist of what you need, uploads without making an account, and gets reminded about what's missing. You review each item as it arrives and download everything when it's done.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time from Billing. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card.
What does it cost?
Free for 5 requests a month. Starter is $5 a month for 100 requests; Pro is $15 a month for 300, with your own branding on client pages. Every account gets 7 days of Pro free.
