One request is one link you send to one client, however many items it asks for. A 14-item ITR checklist and a one-item “send me your PAN” are both a single request. Re-sending the same link, reminders, and a client uploading to it again all cost nothing extra.

You can't create a new request until the next period starts, or until you upgrade. Nothing already sent stops working — existing links stay live, clients can still upload, and you keep every file you have already collected.

Neither. A client opens the link, uploads what you asked for, and is done. There is no account, no password and no app, and they are never charged. You are the only person Manilla bills.

Payments run through Razorpay, so UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking all work. Every plan is under the RBI's ₹15,000 limit for e-mandates, which means renewals go through on their own without you re-authorising each one.

Yes — annual is ten times the monthly price, so you pay for ten months and get twelve. There is no percentage to work out and no introductory rate that jumps at renewal.

Any time, from Dashboard → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the paid plan until the period you have already paid for ends, then the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted when that happens.

There is something better — a Free plan with no time limit and no card. Every field type, your own logo and colour on the client page, and up to two active requests at a time. Use it for as long as it is enough.
