What does Manilla actually do?

It turns the documents you need from a client — Form 16, bank statements, investment proofs, GST data — into a single link. You build the list once, send it, and each item gets ticked off as it arrives. No more scrolling a WhatsApp thread to work out what's still pending.

Does my client need an account?

No. They tap the link and start, on their phone. No sign-up, no password, no app to install — which matters when half your clients will not install anything for a once-a-year filing.

What can I ask for?

File uploads, short and long text, yes/no, a link, a date, a number, and single or multi select — nine field types in all. Add section headers to group them, and mark each one required or optional so a client is never blocked on something you can live without.

Free for one or two active requests at a time, with every field type included and no card required. Starter is ₹199/month or ₹1,999/year for 100 requests a month and 15 saved templates. Pro is ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year for 300 requests, unlimited templates, and the option to remove Manilla branding from your client pages. Annual works out at two months free.

Who can see the documents?

Only you. Uploads go to private storage that isn't publicly listable or browsable, and they're reachable from your dashboard. A client link opens exactly one request — it can't be used to reach anything else you've sent, and clients never see each other's files.
